This is for the engraving service, you provide cuffs. Cuffs must be stainless steel or nickel finish and UNPOLISHED. If the handcuffs are shiny and polished, the heat from the engraving will dull this finish. 
 
This service is only for 3 engravings on each cuff (6 total). The design has spaces for any of the following (Pick up to 3):
1) agency seal 2) agency name 3) officer/agent name 4)dates of service 5) personal message
 
As these are custom, I can work with you if there is something else you would like on them, which may incur a small design fee. I have all federal LE seals available as well as the majority of State and Local LE.
